Using Xelent

By adding Xelent Game Deals to a server or to your apps, or by using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, remove the bot and stop using it.

What Xelent is

Xelent is a price comparison tool. It reads publicly available prices from game stores and marketplaces and shows them to you in Discord. Xelent doesn’t sell games, software or keys.

Purchases happen on other sites

Xelent links you to outside stores. It has no control over their payments, their delivery, or whether the keys they sell are legitimate.

• Prices. Prices change constantly. What you pay at checkout, including fees and taxes, can be different from what the bot shows.
• Region, platform and product type. Xelent filters by region and marks account deals, but checking the region, platform and product type before you buy is your responsibility.
• Scams and revoked keys. Xelent, its creator and its affiliates are not liable for any money lost, scams, revoked keys or account bans that come from purchases on sites the bot links to. You take on the risks of buying from third-party key marketplaces.

Wishlist alerts

Wishlist prices are checked once a day, so a price can change between the check and your alert, or before you get to the store. Alerts rely on Discord delivering them and aren’t guaranteed. Check the price on the store before you pay.

Fair use

Don’t abuse the bot. That includes getting around the cooldown between searches, reverse engineering how it collects prices, and using it for anything malicious. Xelent can block users or servers at its own discretion.

No guarantees

Xelent is provided “as is” and “as available”. There’s no promise of uptime, and no promise that it finds a deal for every game. The service can be paused, changed or shut down at any time without notice.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the bot after that means you accept the new version.
