By adding the XELENT GAME DEALS bot to your Discord server or user profile, and by interacting with its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and discontinue its use.

2. Description of Service

XELENT GAME DEALS is a price aggregation tool. The bot scans publicly available data from third-party video game marketplaces and storefronts to present you with comparative pricing information. We do not sell games, software, or digital keys directly.

3. No Liability for Third-Party Purchases

Crucial Disclaimer: XELENT GAME DEALS simply links you to external stores. We have no control over the transactions, product delivery, or legitimacy of the keys sold on third-party sites.

• Price Accuracy: While we strive for real-time accuracy, prices fluctuate constantly. The final checkout price on the merchant's site (including hidden fees or taxes) may differ from what the bot displays.
• Account & Region Issues: We provide warnings for "Account Deals" and Region locks, but it is ultimately your responsibility to verify the region, platform, and product type before purchasing.
• Scams & Revocations: XELENT GAME DEALS, its creator, and its affiliates are completely void of liability for any monetary loss, scams, revoked keys, or account bans resulting from purchases made on third-party sites linked by the bot. 4. User Conduct

We reserve the right to block users or servers from accessing the bot at our sole discretion.

The bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, nor do we guarantee that the bot will always find a deal for a specific game. We may pause, modify, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
