At Xelent, we respect your privacy above all else. We built this bot to help you save money, not to harvest your data. We will never sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal data to any third parties. Period.

2. Data We Collect

To provide our services and ensure the bot functions smoothly, we collect the absolute minimum amount of data required:

• Discord User IDs: We temporarily store your Discord User ID to manage rate limits (cooldowns) so the bot isn't spammed, and to track basic aggregate usage statistics (e.g., how many times you've used the bot to award "power user" tiers).
• Search Queries: We process the names of the games you search for to fetch the correct pricing data.
• Guild/Server Information: We log basic server join metrics (Server ID, Name, and Member Count) purely for operational analytics.

3. How We Use the Data

The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To return accurate game deals based on your selected platform and region.
• To enforce anti-spam measures (10-second cooldowns).
• To maintain internal bot stability and track error logs if a search fails.

4. Third-Party Links

XELENT GAME DEALS searches third-party marketplaces (such as Steam, G2A, Kinguin, Eneba, etc.) and provides links to their sites. Once you click these links and leave Discord, you are subject to the privacy policies of those respective websites. We do not track your activity on those sites.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

All basic analytical data is stored locally in temporary cache files (like stats.json). Because we do not store personally identifiable information (like emails or names), there are no complex profiles attached to you. If you wish to stop using the bot, simply remove it from your server or profile.
